Second Semester!

Yay! Welcome to the second semester section of Design & Fabrication with Ms. Sutter!

This is the class blog which will have daily updates (except this week) on what we do, what resources to use, and what's coming up. Plus you will find the weekly blog prompts here every Friday or Saturday, so you can make your blog post by Monday morning! Remember, you can always start your post early by adding photos and then add your responses to the prompts by editing later in the weekend.

This week we dove in and downloaded Fusion 360, which we'll be using soon! If you want to get a head start and explore on your own or find tutorials you like on youtube, go ahead!

Plus we went over the course materials for the first project AMPED! You've started your research into design ideas that inspire you  starting on Pinterest, and then choosing two examples to explore in terms of design, function, construction, dimensions, etc. as a jumping off point for what you can improve on in your own design.

We'll see what you've picked on Monday in class - can't wait to see what you have in mind!
