Today was our first day of class. We learned about a rapidly spreading project called FabLabs. FabLabs are open to the public, completely free, encouraging people to create what they might've previously not had the resources to do.
We also learned about E-Textiles, creative commons and all their licensing, briefly looked at the design cycle, we set up our blog, and we outlined what we'd be doing this semester in Design and Fabrication.
